For three generations, our family has lived in harmony with the land in Châtillon-en-Diois, in the heart of the Drôme, between the foothills of the Vercors and Provence. It is here, on the La Conche estate, that our story began at the start of the 20th century. Our grandfather cultivated the lands surrounding an old bourgeois residence, engaging in livestock farming and cereal crops. These early years laid the foundation for a family adventure deeply connected to nature and the Diois region.

The evolution of the farm and a love for the land

In the 1960s, our father transformed the family farm by developing orchards. The estate evolved with the times, continuing to adapt to the needs of the region. A few decades later, the orchards gave way to a business specializing in local products and wines from the Diois, showcasing the craftsmanship and richness of the local land.

This spirit of sharing continued with the creation of a restaurant set beneath the estate’s century-old trees.
